JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with a highly profitable and expanding business in Bradford who are looking for a credit administrator to join their team. The role is initially temporary, supporting the back-office credit team after a recent system upgrade, but the role will become permanent with the successful candidate being part of the long-term plan of the business. As a result, you must be available to start immediately or at least be on reduced notice to be considered for this.
Duties include:
- Raising credit notes for customers
- Processing BACS, cheque and credit card payments
- Opening new accounts for customers
- Issuing post
- Daily use of franking machine
- Taking customer calls
- Working as part of a wider, close-knit team
The role is full time and office-based, Monday - Friday 9-5. Rate of pay is negotiable but looking in the region of £13 per hour + holiday entitlement. The job is to start immediately so please get in touch ASAP to avoid any disappointment.
