Form of workOur client is a Manchester city centre based practice looking to recruit at multiple levels ranging from litigation executives to solicitors and legal executives. The team handles a wide range of Credit Hire and RTA claims and is looking for candidates with ideally 2+ years’ experience handling RTA and Credit Hire claims.
Role Responsibilities
- Independently managing your own caseload from pre-litigation to litigation
- Assisting clients with the progression of their claims
- Successfully navigate settlements through negotiation or trial where necessary
Ideal candidate
- Enthusiastic individual interested in working in a competitive environment
- 2+ years of experience in Credit Hire and RTA
- Proven problem solver with an interest in progressing their career in a claimant personal injury environment
