As a national law firm, our client stands as a leader with an enviable reputation in the legal industry. In response to sustained yet continuing growth and expansion, we are now recruiting a seasoned Credit Hire paralegal to manage and lead a caseload of pre litigation cases involving Credit Hire and personal injury claims. There will be a mixture of liability admitted and disputed cases. Working effectively with the existing team is a must but individual work is also predominant. 
To be considered as a candidate, previous Credit Hire experience is a non-negotiable, as well as being able to handle efficiently a full and varied caseload of RTA claims, full understanding of the personal injury process including costs would be extremely beneficial as well as previous work with the MOJ portal and extensive knowledge of the relevant case law and pre-action protocol for personal injury claims.
