ROLE

• Monitor and manage the Credit Risk within the insurance portfolio. Identify trends, outliers, and potential risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate adverse effects.
• Policy Development: Collaborate with underwriting teams to establish Credit Risk policies and guidelines. Ensure that policies align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Credit Scoring Models: Develop and maintain credit scoring models to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of Credit Risk assessments. Regularly review and update models to reflect changing market conditions.
• Generate comprehensive Credit Risk reports for senior management and regulatory authorities. Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations clearly and concisely.

REQUIREMENTS

• Credit risk portfolio and strategy experience
• Experience with SQL/ SAS/ Python
