Are you an experienced Strategy Analyst with experience using data to drive decisions in Lending, Credit or similarly data-driven businesses? You'll need to be used to working with data to drive insights and strategy, ideally in a fintech or fast paced environment. You won't be held back by red tape as it's a flat, fluid-structure with huge opportunities for advancement and have an impact on a growing business through ownership of their acquisitions strategy

It's a relaxed, collaborative office filled with bright minds who'll encourage you to run with your own ideas and analysis, present to senior stakeholders and develop and optimise Acquisitions strategies across an innovative suite of retail credit products.

ROLE:

• Build out best in class processes for decisioning for acquisition lending
• Collate, manipulate and analyse data to provide commercial insights and enhance Credit Risk strategies
• Manage end-to-end strategic initiatives relating to Acquisitions and lending
• Woth with large data sets to solve complex business problems more generally
• Interact with and influence C-level execs and Directors
• Development of new reporting systems and system optimisation

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Numerate University degree from a Russell Group University
• Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
• Strong coding experience in SQL. Python is advantageous
• Experience in a similarly data-driven strategy role, ideally within Credit Risk or similar
