Credit Risk Team Leader

SF Recruitment are working with a business in Derby to recruit for a Credit Risk Team Leader. This role will be full time, permanent offering flexible and hybrid working. We are looking for an experienced professional within the Credit field to help lead a team, with your previous expertise your day to day will involve supporting the management of the onboarding process. Working closely with the Accounts Receivable manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Customer onboarding and master data processes
- Recording of all communications
- Credit report and Risk analysis
- Application and maintenance of key controls
- Fraud mitigation
- Regular internal audit of controls
- Continuous audit of processes and performance
- Liaison with commercial business
- Be a key organiser of regular or irregular team tasks /projects
- Process improvement and streamlining
- Encouraging a target-driven culture of success
- Other duties as requested by the line manager
- Coaching of team and performance improvement
