Crew Member - Subway

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Duties:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our customers
- Upsell menu items to increase sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Skills:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Culinary skills or a passion for cooking is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
