SalaryA leading and well-established specialist marine / underwater / diving consultancy have an immediate requirement for an experience Crewing Co-ordinator to join them at their offices in Aberdeen.

Location: Aberdeen, AB11 5BY
Salary: Circa £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits
As Crewing Coordinator, you will be first point of contact for all offshore personnel.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor Crewing inbox and action as required
- Maintain availability listing for crew
- Become familiar with the crew standard qualifications and competences
- Check/verify crew qualifications and competences
- Process new crew applications
- Mobilise and demobilise all personnel as requested by Managers
- Arranging and advise crew of mobilisation details, including travel or accommodation
- Ensure offshore personnel's certification is valid
- Ensure that all crew are engaged in accordance with company procedures and processes
- Tracking of crew and contractor days
- Source and book training courses as requested
- Process monthly crew payroll
- Process crew expense claims
- Manage crew payroll/expense queries
- General Administration duties
- Undertake on-call and emergency response duties as and when required (rota system)
It is essential you have previous experience in a similar role.
