Description
In this role you’ll be working across multiple client accounts, focused on managing Crisis Communications. The agency is looking for someone who is highly creative and strategic, and can of course, keep a cool head in a crisis!
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading on proactive and reactive crisis comms for a portfolio of high profile clients
- Training and supporting junior team members on crisis comms management and copywriting
- Building and maintaining a strong network of media contacts and other stakeholders
- Working with the team regional and national PR campaigns
- Building strong relationships with clients, liaising with them regularly to discuss work and maintain an in-depth knowledge into their business and objectives
- Supporting the team on new business pitches and proposals
Experience
In order to be considered for this Crisis Communications Lead position, you must be able to demonstrate:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Crisis Communications
- Ideally, some experience gained in an agency setting
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Strong media relations skills
- The ability to keep your cool, thinking quickly and strategically in a crisis
Remuneration
