I am working with a leading FM service provider who are on the lookout for a Shift Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias) to join on their shift team on a newly acquired contract in London. Duties:
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on critical electrial systems
- Generator on/off load testing
- UPS system maintenance
- BMS maintenance
- Electrical maintenance fault finding
- Emergency light testing
- Transformer maintenance
- Circuit breaker maintenance
- Distribution board/panel breakdown maintenance
- Star delta starters
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Crac Units
- Cooling towers
- Chillers
- Motors
- Pumps
Requirements:
- C&G / NVQ Level 3 (or overseas equivalent) in electrical field
- 18th edition
- Full right to work in the UK
- Previous experience in building services maintenance (ideally in a commercial office, hospital or data centre)
