Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Scotland, is currently looking to recruit a CRM Admin Support worker for a 1-2 month contract on a rate of GBP12.93 - GBP15.75/hour PAYE. This role will be a hybrid of working at home and in the office. The working hours are 3 days per week, 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with a number of entry level tasks
- Monitoring a shared email inbox and directing messages as required
- Making basic website edits and updates
- Supporting with ad hoc team admin.
- Managing shared mail box
- Updating tickets as per stakeholders request
- Escalating other tickets to senior team
Essential Skills:
- Experience of using a website CMS
- Experience of using the Microsoft Office suite
- Very good writing and communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
