Position: Business Support Administrator
Location: Split between Edinburgh City Centre & Gracemount
Hours: 36 hours per week (08:30-17:00)
Hourly Rate: £12.81
Key Duties:
- Administrative Excellence: Efficiently manage general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Mailbox Management: Monitor and manage the mailbox, responding to inquiries and directing messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Document Control: Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Updating In-house Systems: Keep internal systems updated with the latest information, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
- Communication Hub: Act as a central point for communication, both internal and external, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
We are looking for a candidate who is proactive in their approach, computer literate, confident using different software packages, and who is willing to learn where required.
