We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and friendly Facilities Assistant on a part-time, permanent basis, to provide morning cover from Monday to Friday in our Edinburgh office. The role is integral to ensuring that our office operates smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on managing core office facilities and Print/Mail processes.
Day-to-day of the role:- Coordination of Conference Room Set Up.
- Management of storage, replenishment, and distribution of supplies.
- Addressing office space issues, furniture repair and replacement, and maintenance of non-IT equipment and appliances.
- Assisting with office moves for new joiners and seat moves.
- Setting up offices/desks for new joiners and visitors with the necessary furnishings and equipment.
- Ensuring all Printbays and general office areas are kept tidy and well-stocked.
- Assisting within the Print/Mailroom duties when available.
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required by the Line Manager.
- An ability to work well under pressure.
- Creative approach to problem-solving.
- A friendly and positive attitude, and an ability to work alongside colleagues from all sections of the business.

- Competitive salary of £21,400 per annum.
