£25,000 Pro Rata (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)

REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Edinburgh's leading Property management Organisations who are looking to recruit a Property Inspector over the upcoming busy summer months. Working in the office and on site, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, making sure they are up to a quality standard and providing administrative support to the internal office staff.

This is an interesting role working within the property sector to develop and experience the daily operations with one of the Uk's leading Property Management Firms.

Details:

Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday shift
09:00 – 17:30
Office and On Site

Key Responsibilities:

- Setup 360° camera systems for professional photos of properties
- Complete Property inspection report, identifying areas for repair or general issues with the facilities
- Documenting damages with photos and providing details to the property manager
- Collaborate with realtors, investors and homeowners to provide details of the property where necessary
- General office administration when not based on site

What we're looking for:

- You must have a valid driving license and have access to a personal vehicle
- Previous experience in an administrative / customer service role
- Previous experience within the property sector would be advantageous but not necessary
- Good level of admin skill
- Solid IT skills particularly MS Office
