Pay rate up to £15.00 per hour depending on experience

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with one of our Construction clients to recruit a Site Administrator for one of their major renovation sites based in Central Edinburgh. This role is expected to last up to 3 months, but there is potential for extension beyond this.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Health & Saferty & Site Administration on a full-time basis.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Carrying out full site Health & Safety administration, document control & site administration duties to support the site team on a daily basis
* Carrying out & documenting site inductions for all staff, ensuring everyone on site is properly inducted
* Ensuring all H&S checks for the site are completed and correctly documented
* Assisting with audits & checks, ensuring documentation is held & submitted correctly & on time
* Various other administration & document management duties as directed
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous relevant administration experience either from a Construction Site Admin or Health & Safety background - this experience is essential
* Candidates who have either passed or have a solid knowledge of NEBOSH would be preferred, although this is not essential
* Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage & prioritise a busy workload effectively
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
* Solid IT Skills including the use of Word, Excel & Outlook, as well as the ability to pick up new systems quickly
