Join our team as a Senior Business Support administration supporting the Low Emissions Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead for Escalated/Complex Enquiries: Take charge of responding to escalated or complex LEZ/BLCE enquiries in the shared inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Web Content Management: Draft, review, and manage web content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Accounting Support: Assist with various accounting tasks including managing systems, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
- Policy Support: Provide support in preparing briefing presentations related to policy matters, ensuring information is presented effectively and accurately.
- Meeting Minutes: Attend multidisciplinary meetings and accurately record minutes to document discussions, decisions, and action items.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior administrative or Business Support role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing content.
- Familiarity with accounting procedures and systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
