Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure efficient tracking of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Oversee data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information in the CRM.
- Generate reports and insights from CRM data to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for CRM usage.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including document creation, scheduling meetings, and supporting team communication.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Provide support to team members on CRM best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with CRM trends and suggest improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CRM administration, preferably with HubSpot. Experience with Salesforce is fine.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management.
