Salary The story goes that John F Kennedy was visiting NASA HQ in 1961. On the tour he asked a janitor what he did there. "I'm helping put a man on the moon".

Your salary will be up to £34,000pa (and it's reviewed every year). There's a bonus that they've paid out every year, including during Covid, and last December was worth 125% of your December pay packet. That's a hefty four figure sum.
There's 26 days holiday but that goes up with service and you can also buy up to 10 extra days.
You're trusted with hybrid working. They close the office on Fridays so you get to work from home. And you can also choose to work from home on either a Monday or Thursday.
They're nice too, which is an often-overlooked feature. It's a welcoming business with a proper work life balance (no pressure to stay late every night).
It's a firm that's good for your career too.
It's Chartered and deals with wealthy clients so you'll develop your technical skills. You'll be sat next to paraplanners and fee earners whose knowledge will rub off. There's encouragement to take exams and develop (e.g. into paraplanning).
And you'll also be front and centre when it comes to client relationships which adds a lot of fulfilment.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
You'll be an administrator for a Financial Planning firm where you'll process new business and prepare client meeting packs.
You'll have experience of using a systems like Truth and Intelliflo and be comfortable using platforms. But conscientiousness is more important than length of experience.
