We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a CRM and Sales Analyst within our Sales department.
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the UK & Ireland Sales function, primarily working within HubSpot to provide actionable insights for senior management and the sales teams.
Using various data points to help set up, monitor and improve the Fortune Brands CRM system and its usage. Working with various stakeholders to maximise the benefits of CRM.
Full training and ongoing development will be provided.
What you are already great at:
Identification of CRM targeting opportunities to ASM’s and BDM’s to increase share of space and share of market
Monitoring and analysing key CRM metrics, such as KPI’s and Sales data
Help to segment the customer database
Own the monitoring and articulation of promotion results
Manually enrich our datasets, filling in gaps. Ensure details such as category, ownership structure and groups are correct
Building and maintaining CRM dashboards
Support in the integration of CRM data into wider company reporting
Work with colleagues to build return of investment models for a range of sales actions e.g. displays, field visits, promotions
Provide ad hoc analysis to support the sales team & senior management
For this role we would need you to demonstrate:
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge and experience of CRM systems (preferable)
Attention to detail
Good communications skills
An ambition to work within a data focused roll
A can do attitude with the ability to work deadlines unsupervised
