Halliday Marx have partnered with a leading Tech firm to hire a Sales & Revenue Operations Analyst to cover maternity for 12 months. However the role could go permanent.
Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 from home)
Responsibilities;
- Support with leading metrics to connect customer and sales objectives, outcomes and activities to company and team KPIs
- Regular and ad-hoc metric analysis for the Sales Leadership Team to monitor performance across a range of key business drivers and sales team performance
- Collaborate with other sales operations teams drive business alignment across the organisation
- Read legal contracts to determine product, pricing, payment terms and the billing orders
- Create variable incentive compensation models, variable incentive automation, and variable incentive performance calculations
- Provide business insight to business partners based on business acumen and data analysis, and then be able to identify issues and recommend action plans
- Provide ad-hoc Sales Team support with pipeline management requests
- Provide direction and training to Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development Managers to reflect our Customer Agreement structure within Salesforce
- Lead meetings, provide status updates, and dashboards to keep the project team leadership current on progress and risks for escalation.
- Implement, document, enforce processes, and tools that will maintain accuracy of sales data in Salesforce.com and integrate with business intelligence software and other sales tools
- Document and develop cross functional processes and project methodology needed to deliver on commercial goals. Lead continuous process improvement through identification and implementation of best practices.
- Partner with internal teams to understand complex sales issues
Requirements;
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations roles, or Financial Analyst roles
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
- Strong competency with Excel, business models, pivot tables, charts and graphs
- French speaking would be a big advantage but isn't essential
