About the role:

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to join InPost as a Revenue Operations Analyst sitting within the Commercial team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of commercial knowledge and analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to explain data, trends, analyse and initiate creative solutions and ideas.

You will be joining an intellectually curious and energetic team that has an ambition to deliver huge growth for our UK business. You will play a critical role in both determining our Revenue Operations priorities and ensuring that our commercial team execute against our plan in a collaborative manner.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Get the best out of our Revenue tech stack – being responsible for managing and improving workflows of existing tools, evaluating new tools, and providing meaningful insights into the efficiency of our revenue engine.
  • Build the foundation of data & insights for understanding 1. our sales, customer success and onboarding teams’ performance, 2. InPost’s performance within each merchant, 3. InPost’s end user behaviours among the merchants we partner with.
  • Use tools such as PowerBI, Excel and Hubspot dashboards for daily analysis and reporting.
  • Partner with the sales team to continuously refine our sales assets by leveraging external research, user feedback, and insights from our own data.
  • Monitor and report on key commercial metrics to key stakeholders including senior management team and commercial leadership team.
  • Help with the governance and maintenance of the data in the CRM to ensure accuracy of reporting
  • Support on ad-hoc commercial strategy topics – e.g. which industry verticals should we focus on

What we need from you:

  • Strong core data analytics skills – you are confident in leverage large datasets using a variety of tools (e.g. querying data warehouse in SQL, running ad-hoc analysis in Excel) to analyse and visualise data) to manipulate and visualise datasets.
  • Grounding in data visualisation tools – history of using PowerBI/Looker/Tableau to clearly visualise key insights and create automated reporting.
  • Knowledge/interest in Revenue tech stack – you are comfortable with maintaining CRM (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) and roll out process changes / integrations with new tools as business needs evolve.
  • Excellent written communication skills – comfortable translating analysis into clear presentations and maintain easy-to-understand documentation (e.g. Word, PowerPoint)
  • Resilience, ambition and drive - You are genuinely motivated to work at an ultra-high growth business and embrace the challenge and occasional chaos that comes alongside this - you have a growth mindset and will want to consistently expand your impact at InPost

We’d be particularly excited to hear from you if:

  • Hand-on experience in PowerBI / Databricks / Hubspot
  • Experience in revenue / sales operations (or roles that work alongside with sales / customer success)
  • Experience in consulting
