Description
As Email and CRM Executive you'll be responsible for all of the direct communications the brand has with their customers and championing the customer lifestyle journeys.
Day to day you'll be responsible for:
- using customer insights to develop and deliver online CRM communications
- create communications plans across email, SMS and push notifications
- manager QA, ensuring that all links, copy and images are correct
- track performance against weekly and monthly targets
- review and create plans based on customers through lifecycle, churn and behaviours
- create and execute tests across the customer lifecycle
- make recommendations on improvements to the CRM process and lifecycle
Experience
To be considered for this role you'll need to have experience in the following:
- CRM marketing experience gained agency side or inhouse
- driven by delivering an exceptional customer journey and experience
- fantastic attention to detail
- strong CRM system knowledge
Remuneration
- £28-35k depending on experience
