CRM Executive

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to join our exciting and fast growing team based in the Staffordshire area. Your main responsibility is to deliver a first class service to our customers and execute online CRM communications and customer engagement. You must have CRM knowledge and experience and have worked in a similar CRM role. We want someone who has excellent communication skills and who is passionate about customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Head of Paid Media and marketing team
• Direct customer communication
• Managing CRM functionality and email journeys
• Creating briefs
• Track and report
• Schedule email and push notifications and SMS

Qualifications / Skillset

• Experience in a similar CRM marketing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical
• Customer engagement experience
• It literate / CRM/ Excel
• Team player
