You’ll be working alongside the Head of CRM helping to drive the execution of the Brand’s CRM & Email Strategy within the UK & International Markets as well as end-to-end process of the CRM activity calendar. This role is largely remote so you must enjoy working autonomously whilst collaborating with colleagues across Ecommerce, Content Creation and Social Media.Key criteria:* Manage internal sign off process for CRM Campaigns ensuring all stakeholders have approved campaigns before launch* Complete weekly/monthly and yearly CRM reports* Seek out and test new innovations across current and new CRM Channels* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team* Be able to assess data, identify trends and gather insights* Have some US & European market experience but not essential.In return, you would be joining a wonderful company with a strong ethical culture who look after their team and foster a strong, positive culture.
