We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a CRM Executive who is fluent in oral and written Italian and has previous experience running email marketing or CRM marketing campaigns as well as having excellent attention to detail and advance analytical skills.
Working as the CRM Executive you will take full ownership of the Italy region creating a CRM promotional strategy, running campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, account messages and Push-messages.
As the CRM Executive you will be working closely with CRM Team Leader, Design, Copy, Loyalty and BI teams to plan, execute and analyse all CRM activity.

DUTIES
Your duties as a CRM Executive will include:
• Create multi-channel CRM Campaigns for the business, including Email, account messages, Push-messages
• Ensure process is followed and all Campaigns are thoroughly tested before rollout
• Adhere to brand guidelines and latest regulatory requirements to ensure compliant delivery of all outbound communication
• Driving forward performance of email marketing in terms of Open Rate, Click Through Rate and ROI, whilst reducing unsubscribed rates
• Work closely with CRM Team Leader, Design, Copy, Loyalty and BI teams to plan, execute and analyse all CRM activity
• Preparing and adhering to CRM planning calendar to ensure that all campaigns are delivered in a timely manner and within pre-approved deadlines
• Ensuring timely and on target configuration and execution of CRM campaigns
• Working with client segments
• Co-ordinating between stakeholders to ensure efficient creation and execution of campaigns
• Driving flexible and creative CRM initiatives
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Essential
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English
• Experience working in email marketing or CRM marketing. Desire to develop in this field
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail with advanced analytical skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Customer focus and commitment to excellent service
• Proactive and results driven approach
• Good organisation and prioritising abilities
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment
• Good understanding of Italian market and traditions
