Crm Manager

The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing our London clubs. They will lead the execution of the Virgin Active's strategy on customer satisfaction, engagement and retention.
So what qualities does a CRM Manager need to join Virgin Active?
-Ability to develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business goals to enhance member retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
-A great understanding of marketing automation platforms, workflows, and journey optimisation.
-Understanding how to utilise customer data to analyse member behaviours, preferences, and trends and you will segment the member base to create targeted and personalized communication campaigns.
-Creating copy for emails, blogs, in-app and push notifications on updates (Service messaging) and marketing content.
-Designing emails within our ESP and collaborate with our Digital Designer to create eye-catching emails.
-Building relationships with internal teams to create engaging content to amplify new product launches, events, member updates, club news and anything else worth shouting about to our members.
-Be the go-to person for the Corporate team's communications and acquisition plans.
-Delivering regular reports on campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs back into teams who can learn from them.
Experience
-3-4 years' experience in CRM, marketing, communications or other relevant profession.
-Excellent writing skills to curate copy that resonates with our members and inspires them.
-Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
-A good handle on Excel for segmenting our member data.
