HYBRID - FARNHAM - 1 day a week in the office (can be flexible)

This ecommerce business is growing rapidly and expanding its product range with the ambition to go international soon!
THE ROLE
As a CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Own the full end to end of lifecycle management
- Drive strategy, but also get your hands dirty in the execution
- Monitor campaign activity, and analyse key CRM KPI's
- Take a commercial and performance stance, owning the test and learn roadmap
- Look into how the tech stack can be improved to drive retention
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Passion for retention and email marketing key to this role
- B2C/D2C ecommerce experience is ideal
- Subscriptions experience is nice to have
- HTML experience is advantageous
