CRM Senior Marketing Manager - About The Role

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM marketing strategy to engage with customers
• Identify and utilise data segments, customer behaviour, trends and insights to inform the strategy and plans to consistently improve on CRM KPIs
• Channel expertise - using comprehensive knowledge of key CRM channels such as email, SMS, letters and phone outreach plus linking together with marketing colleagues to support multi-channel campaigns to deliver business objectives
• As primary CRM channel, manage all email communications from end to end including planning, build, data segmentation, send, deliverability and performance
• Manage the supplier relationship with CRM software tools
• Using technical knowledge build all customer communications within DotDigital and other platforms
• Metrics and analytics - set, track and analyse SMART metrics to drive ever improving CRM effectiveness and measure success

The successful CRM Senior Marketing Manager will have/be:

• Proven experience of delivering comprehensive CRM programmes
• Comprehensive experience of DotDigital and PowerBI
• Proven digital marketing channel knowledge and experience
• Proven experience of building email campaigns in HTML and CSS
• Proficient use of analytical tools such as Google Analytics
• Experience of running SQL queries
• Experience of Optix and Auditdata is desirable
• Good communication, relationship building skills and stakeholder management
• Creative mind
• Commercial and analytical
