As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be implementing CRM strategies and growing customer engagement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create and execute effective marketing plans/strategies to elevate customer satisfaction, aligning with business goals
- Process data to identify behaviours and insights to keep improving their CRM goals
- Use your expertise within CRM systems to support large campaigns, working closely with the marketing team
- Oversee recruitment and marketing projects and analysing these results
- Manage external supplier relationships and use technical skills to build customer communications
- Create and analyse SMART metrics ensuring constant improvement in the effectiveness of CRM systems and campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and other internal teams
- Ensure data compliance and GDPR
- Experience gained in B2B markets
- Extensive experience with PowerBI and DotDigital
- Proven experience in delivering comprehensive CRM programs
- Setting and measuring CRM specific targets and KPIS
- Proficiency in building effective marketing content and campaigns across CRM channels
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email campaign creations
- Expertise in analytical tools such as Google Analytics
- A creative view on problem solving
- Motivated with a strategic mindset
- Organisational and analytical skills/knowledge
- Strong communication and liaison skills, relationship building and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels
- Experience with SQL queries
- Experience with Optix and Auditdata
