Impression Recruitment are delighted to be searching for an experienced, driven and self-motivated Senior Account Manager in a customer-facing role on behalf of our client within the creative industry. A proven track record of building and maintaining successful, long-term customer relationships and previous experience within the greetings cards / FMCG sectors are both crucial requirements for the role. Within this role you will be managing several key accounts whilst also implementing further growth plans that the business has, with excellent communication skills a must.
As a successful Senior Account Manager your duties will include:
* Being the lead contact for customers with an outstanding customer service approach
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of clients
* Identifying and delivering profitable solutions whilst representing the customer's needs internally
* Preparing for and leading customer meetings across a cross functional team
* Using up-to-date market knowledge and data to influence and deliver superior results
* Completing sales and product proposals
* Conducting briefs with creative departments
* Analysing cost effectiveness and efficiency of sales projects
* Inputting and processing product orders on the internal system
* Conducting client visits and identify sales growth opportunities
* Managing promotional activities across the business
Skills required to be successful in your application:
* Experience of Account Management, ideally with experience of working within greetings cards or grocery retailers/FMCG
* Commercial acumen, numerical, with excellent attention to SKU level detail
* Superb communication and presentation skills
* A 'can do' attitude and plenty of initiative
* Motivation and drive to help implement further growth
In return the successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of up between £40,000 - £45,000 annually with 24 days holiday (excl bank holidays) and the added bonus of an extra day off every year for your birthday!
