Our client is seeking a talented CRM & Data Manager with expertise in Dynamics 365 to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and optimise Dynamics 365 to meet CRM needs.
Develop and maintain API integrations to facilitate seamless data flow.
Utilize Power BI for advanced analytics and reporting, providing actionable insights.
Lead the design and implementation of data management processes to maintain integrity and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into CRM and data solutions.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data security and compliance.
Provide training and support to end-users, promoting best practices for CRM and Power BI utilization.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CRM Manager, with expertise in Dynamics 365.
Strong proficiency in developing and maintaining API integrations.
Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
In-depth understanding of data management principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Nice to have:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
Power BI certification or equivalent experience.
