Leading the implementation my clients student recruitment CRM strategy, spanning from enquirer stage through to enrolment. The post-holder will apply CRM methodologies to scope requirements and build solutions that support our lead generation, conversion, and recruitment activities.
This person will play a key role ensuring that marketing campaigns are effective, suitably targeted and delivered through our CRM systems to maximise recruitment outcomes.
My client is looking for an innovative thinker and excellent problem solver, with great interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the department and University. You must have demonstrable knowledge of CRM systems and the implementation of end-to-end CRM journeys/life cycles.
Higher Education experience is desirable.
