Your role: Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager, the CRM Manager will support marketing campaigns for both retention and acquisition of The Times and Sunday Times. They will have creative flair, an eye for attention to detail and be a quick learner. They will be willing to learn and confident in owning end-to-end projects in a fast paced environment. This role will manage the Broadcast email marketing schedule in addition to leading and driving a test and learn culture.
Day to day you will:
Responsible for coordinating and delivering Broadcast campaigns including planning, creative briefing, stakeholder management and the QA process.
Responsible for interpreting briefs, understanding objectives and managing stakeholders to deliver output on time and accurately.
Leading on a variety of important CRM projects. Managing time and multiple work streams concurrently, you’ll be organised and efficient in tracking progress, and personable in building up good relationships with stakeholders across the business to influence the success of your work.
Working closely together with our Adobe Developers in creating a detailed data audience brief.
Understanding The Times and Sunday Times’ data structure and permissions to inform segmentation in data selection briefs.
Implement testing plans on content, delivery and data.
Develop the look and narrative structure for a variety of design campaigns.
Monitor and report on email deliverability and investigate any deliverability issues if they arise.
Manage the weekly performance reporting to make data driven recommendations.
Continuously assess campaign performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer engagement metrics, making adjustments as needed.
Drive CRM initiatives and be confident presenting to a cross functional team.
Support the team when necessary in their projects, taking on ad-hoc tasks and projects where necessary.
What we’re looking for from you:
Strong experience within CRM
Experience of Adobe campaign, Moveable Inc and Tableau is desired but not compulsory
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and ability to work across cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects at the same time, some with conflicting deadlines
Experience in using personalisation and dynamic targeting is a bonus
