Data, Insights And Crm Manager

The Data, Insights and CRM Manager will work alongside a vibrant and supportive Marketing department, taking responsibility for data analysis and insight in relation to the website, email marketing, the CRM ticketing database, and streaming analytics to help inform decision-making and strategy, and also for reporting purposes across the organisation. There is a strong focus within this role to create and deliver CRM communications across a variety of bespoke and distinct audience segments.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a conscientious and strategic thinker who has excellent analytical and reporting skills and who is able to use data to produce clear strategic and tactical plans of action. The ideal candidate will enjoy working across various IT platforms; have a desire to work within a collaborative team and an interest for working within the music industry.
