The Data, Insights and CRM Manager will work alongside a vibrant and supportive Marketing department, taking responsibility for data analysis and insight in relation to the website, email marketing, the CRM ticketing database, and streaming analytics to help inform decision-making and strategy, and also for reporting purposes across the organisation. There is a strong focus within this role to create and deliver CRM communications across a variety of bespoke and distinct audience segments.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a conscientious and strategic thinker who has excellent analytical and reporting skills and who is able to use data to produce clear strategic and tactical plans of action.
