I am currently recruiting for an experienced CRM Developer / Specialist to join a leading national hospitality brand based within their Head office with a mix of home / remote working. Sitting within the Central Marketing team, this role has a big part to play in driving the overall success across the business by enabling actionable customer response data to drive impactful change across the business. As the CRM developer you will report into the Head of CRM Operations supporting the team to deliver and execute brilliant CRM journeys.
Some of your duties will include.
· Understanding the Marketing Plan and campaign process
· Responsible for the full end to end creation and monitoring of CRM campaigns including email, push, in product messaging, SMS etc.
· Working closely with the senior CRM team to understand their campaign and test plans to assist in creating and delivering excellent CRM journeys, campaigns and automations inside the marketing platform.
· Ensuring all campaigns support continuous improvement using test & learn approach.
· Design & update all HTML marketing templates and key CRM information.
· Support the Senior CRM with the implementation of new marketing activation platform.
· Trouble-shooting any incidents / glitches related to the CRM activity.
· Regularly test, create and develop new functionalities within the platforms.
· Continuous monitoring of campaigns to ensure they are running as effectively as possible.
Additional key requirements for the role;
· Proven experienced as CRM Developer ideally within the retail / hospitality sectors.
· Strong technical awareness and proficiency using marketing tools such as ESPs and CDPs
· Excellent organisational skills and be able to manage multiple projects.
· Strong understanding of code, particularly: HTML, CSS/SASS, SQL, JS/JQuery and Shopify Liquid
· Passion for analysing and manipulating data.
· Ability to deliver results working to tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to liaise & collaborate at all levels within the business & external partners.
