Pitch is delighted to be supporting a global Pureplay eCommerce business based in the West Midlands. This is a key hire for the business as they look to accelerate their growth.
The role of CRM Manager will be responsible for building out the road map for CRM for both acquisition and retention purposes across two customer groups: direct to consumer and trade customers.
The role requires you to be highly commercial and data focused where CX and conversion are your key drivers for success to deliver exceptional growth in revenue through the channel.
Here’s an over-view of the experience you’ll need:
- Previous experience within a CRM role where you have built out customer journey and set up automated triggered email sequences.
- Strong segmentation and data analysis background.
- Experience of SMS and app push within the automation programme.
- Acquisition and retention experience.
- Strong data management knowledge with up-to-date knowledge of GDPR.
- Experience of different CRM platforms such as Mapp, Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot etc.
- Experience from either Pureplay eCommerce or a retail business.
