We’re working exclusively with a growing South Manchester brand, to help them find a CRM Marketing Manager for a 12 month contract.
Our Client
Already a £20m turnover business that has experienced double digit percentage growth over the last few years, they’ve received significant investment that is intended to drive their growth forward, they currently have a 20 person marketing, digital and creative team. Working across over a dozen different brands, they are keen to hear from people who enjoy working with multiple brands and products.
The Role
The role is to delivery the marketing strategy and tactical plans for key acquisition and retention channels to achieve volume, CPA and retention targets, and to grow customer databases. Key channels include email, SMS, on-site data capture, refer-a-friend and other targeted initiatives. The role manages a number of external suppliers and agencies, as well as working closely with the internal creative and digital teams, and also has a number of direct reports. The role is a 12month contract to start in December ideally but January is also possible. The role is also available on a 4 day per week basis.
You
You should have experience working in a similar Channel or CRM Marketing Manager role in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment. Able to manage and deliver a wide range of projects and user to prioritising a busy workload. Creative, highly organised, results focused and strong leadership skills, able to co-ordinate and motivate the team to deliver a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment across multiple brands. You should be adept at managing and building strong relationships with different stakeholders, external suppliers and agencies.
