Manchester – Hybrid
12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Summary:

• 12 month maternity cover with potential to move into another role within the group following completion.

• Hybrid working, required to be in the office every Tuesday and every other Wednesday, with the option to work from home for the remainder of the time

• CRM marketing role focusing largely on email and additionally SMS, data capture and refer a friend

• Largely a hands-off, strategic role which will see you managing a team of 3 Marketing Execs

• Multi-brand eCommerce company, primarily B2C with some B2B

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

• Strong CRM/email marketing background with experience in a similar role

• Setting and reviewing annual CRM strategies

• Developing marketing plans and working to targets/KPI’s

• Line management of Marketing Exec(s)

• Email automation with a focus on the customer journey

• New product comms including launch strategy

• Multi-brand or agency experience – you’ll have ideally worked with several brands simultaneously

• Prior experience working with a budget and focusing on ROI, CPA etc.

• B2C background, ideally with some B2B too

This is a great opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company who are using technology to deliver the best customer experience, in turn delivering record breaking sales year in, year out.

They will be launching new products next year so this is something you can be part of, as well as the other projects listed above such as automating email marketing journeys. The team you’ll be taking over for the 12 months is quite established so the focus will be on inspiring and motivating the team to drive customer acquisition and retention across all channels – email, referrals, data capture, SMS etc.

December or January start date depending on your availability.
