CRM Marketing Manager – up to £40,000 – Chelmsford, Essex (Office-based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make recommendations and define the new CRM strategy to be adopted by the company.
  • Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
  • Analyse data to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Develop marketing techniques to drive new custom.
  • Build workflows to streamline marketing processes.
  • Ensure all copywriting is optimised and of the highest standard.
  • Track metrics and trends.
  • Establish reporting and KPIs for each segment, department, and activity.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Suggest new methods to address customers' needs.
