Key Responsibilities:
Make recommendations and define the new CRM strategy to be adopted by the company.
Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
Analyse data to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Develop marketing techniques to drive new custom.
Build workflows to streamline marketing processes.
Ensure all copywriting is optimised and of the highest standard.
Track metrics and trends.
Establish reporting and KPIs for each segment, department, and activity.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Suggest new methods to address customers' needs.
