Crm System Manager

Our client is looking for a CRM System Manager to provide operational and strategic support to facilitate the day-to-day running of the client's CRM product suite and interlinked sales systems. This is a full-time hybrid role based in London that comes with a salary of up to 50K and benefits package (pension, private medical, illness insurance, life insurance, 25 days holiday, bike to work scheme, electric vehicle scheme, access to Medicash).

Part of the Data and Technology team, this role will shape the development of the Zoho CRM platform while working with the business and integration partners.

In your first few weeks in this CRM System Manager role, you can expect to:

• Direct on developing the Zoho CRM platform and its integrations with other data sources and shape the strategy for their adoption across the business
• Gather business requirements and apply expert technical knowledge to ensure that system capabilities are expanded, supported, and managed effectively
• Lead the company's CRM Working Group, composed of department stakeholders, to define cross-functional priorities
• Work with our client teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems and to evaluate and modify systems to incorporate system and business process improvements

To apply for this CRM System Manager role, you will need significant experience in defining, developing, delivering, and supporting solutions based on Zoho CRM. You will also require the following:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Zoho or another CRM alternative
• Exceptional understanding of the technical capabilities of the Zoho product suite
• Project and task management with good prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Systematic, analytical, and administrative methodical skills
