Surrey Paediatrics Support Service is a newly funded service under Surrey County Council and is in place for a 30 month contract. This service will support families across Surrey with a young person aged 5 or under who is showing neurodevelopmental behaviours or who is in receipt of a diagnosis. The team will offer an 8 week programme which will be available online or in person.
We are looking for an Administrator for 7.4 hours (one full day or two half days) to support the newly funded Surrey Paediatrics Support Service. You will need experience in an admin role within our Children's Services and have some personal or professional understanding of neurodevelopmental needs and the challenges that families can face when starting their journey into parenting a young person with neurodevelopmental conditions.
Key responsibilities for the role will include:
- Assessing the Payroll Reports Monthly
- Ordering items needed for service delivery
- Supporting the team manager with quartlery and annual health and safety audits.
- Supporting Team Manager with staff's training records and documents
- During service mobilisation, support with policy and documentation, file room and BI Reporting
