Key Accounts Administrator

We are looking for customer-focused individuals with a keen eye for detail and willing to go the extra steps to provide a great service.

The Role

Manage and strengthen relationships with customers identified as Regional Key Accounts whilst actively prospecting and winning new contracts throughout our operating area.

• Admin
• Data Entry (manual & systems)
• Running system reports
• Compiling and completing weekly & monthly Key Account customer reporting
• Processing of ad hoc Key Account queries and schedule requirements
• Back up for the Key Account Desk  queries & calls(customer service)
• Generating leads through prospecting and networking
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities, managing lead times and relevant  container provision
