We are recruiting for an ADMINISTRATOR working PART TIME HOURS to join a busy state of the art engineering business based in COVENTRY.
General Administrator wages are anticipated to be in the region of £12.00 - £12.50 Per Hour. Working Mon to Friday, 25 hours per week.
As an ADMINISTRATOR you will be primarily involved in:
- Working closely with directors & management team
- General administrator and secretarial type duties
- Front of house and first point of telephone contact
- Receiving and handling customer and supplier queries
- Maintaining accurate and retrievable files; both electronic and hard copy
- Ensuring office consumable stocks are maintained
The successful ADMINISTRATOR will have the following key skills and attributes:
- Administration or secretarial experience
- Confident communicator at any level
- Highly computer literate & numerate
- Accurate written communication and record keeping
- Proactive problem solver with strong work ethic
- General Administrator
This position will ideally suit and experienced ADMINISTRATOR looking for a varied role which will allow PART TIME working.
