Lettings Administrator
£12 per hour
Nottingham city centre
Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm
As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks using in-house software to ensure all referencing and procedures are completed for new sales and tenancies.
This is a brilliant opportunity to get into the property industry for an administrator with excellent communication skills. The contract will start on a temporary basis through the summer, and there is a permanent role available for the right person.
Duties will include:
- Carrying out referencing and admin procedures for each property using a checklist
- Answering incoming calls and emails for both Lettings and Sales, dealing with their property requirements
- Greeting visitors in the office
- Matching registered applicants with properties new to the market
- Arranging viewings, liaising with both Tenant and Landlords
- Managing diaries for lettings and sales
- Negotiate Tenancy Agreements and referring sales offers to vendors
- Attending viewings from time to time
- Advertising properties
Skills and Experience required:
- Admin experience in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and confident personality
- Able to work at a fast pace with accuracy
