TEMPORARY OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: NG4, NOTTINGHAM
WORKING HOURS:MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM - 4PM
SALARY: GBP12.30 PER HOUR
TEMPORARY - 3 - 6 MONTHS

Our client here at Elizabeth Michael is seeking an experienced Administrator to support them during their busy time.
You will have excellent organisation skills and be able to manage your day and workload effectively. You will be highly efficient, task-focussed and be able to make calculated decisions!
Responsibilities:
- Data entry & updating customer records
- Inputting invoices onto into CRM system
- Adding orders onto the system
- Liaising with contractors and existing / new customer
- Responding to emails
- Taking incoming calls and dealing with any enquires
Skills/Attributes/Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and adapt
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
