Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Red Book standard Commercial valuations for loan security
- Represent the team at internal and external events, showcasing your expertise.

- Demonstrate impeccable numerical and analytical skills.
Experience and Qualifications:
- MRICS qualified with 3 – 15 years PQE.
- Proficient in Valuations to Red Book standard.
- Demonstrated passion and experience in the property industry.
- Possession of a full UK driving license; Registered Valuer status preferred.
