The successful candidate will collaborate across departments such as engineering, design, and sales to drive growth for clients.

• Demonstrate proficiency in the Shopify platform to drive business growth.
• Formulate and execute data-driven conversion rate optimisation strategies to enhance website performance and boost conversion rates.
• Utilise web analytics tools to monitor and analyse website and digital campaign performance.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviour and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimise website elements, user flows, and conversion funnels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement optimisation strategies, involving marketing, design, and development.
• Offer data-driven recommendations to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in conversion rate optimisation.
• Generate reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and improvement opportunities.
• Track and assess the impact of optimisation efforts on conversion rates and other pertinent metrics.
• Develop and execute user acquisition and customer retention strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest growth techniques and industry trends.
• Demonstrate passion for and understanding of eCommerce, design, and technology.
• Possess experience in increasing conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value within a brand or agency context.
• Show proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation within a brand or agency setting.
• Collaborate with the project management team to manage and optimise landing pages, website CTAs, and lead-generating forms for clients.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
