SalaryA&C Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Cruise Travel Agent based in Chorley for talented Cruise Sales Representatives to join their growing team.
Our client specialised in bespoke holiday packages and crafted itineraries through their extensive knowledge and experience of the luxury cruise industry. You will have excellent attention to detail and enjoy planning exciting and luxurious worldwide trips, looking after customers from first enquiry to after their holiday and beyond.
Primary Industry: Travel, Leisure, Tourism, and Hospitality
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 Per annum
Roles & Responsibilities:- Build, nurture and grow an engaged database
- Generate sales leads via social media channels
- Convert company-generated leads following a tried and tested sales process
- Provide the very best service levels to each customer
- Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for the travel and cruise industry
- Positive approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude
- Natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Flexible individual who can work in a small team
- Solid understanding of basic mathematics
- Customer-focused with a relentless approach to providing world-class pre and post-booking experience
