Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00 - 17:30

The company are looking for a CSC planner to join their already successful repairs team. This role is 37 hours per week working Monday - Friday between 8:00 - 5pm
As the CSC planner you will ensure their in-house repairs service is delivered to their customers as part of the frontline customer Service centre in line with their values of Customer First | Listen Act & learn | Together.
A key part of your role will be to ensure that the required support, planning and arrangement of works through engineers, customers and colleagues via is provided so that all repairs are delivered right first time.
The role is defined as being flexible under their agile working policy, therefore you will be able to work from wherever is suitable to complete the task at hand. This might be in at home, in one of their offices located in Boston, Grimsby or somewhere else.
Ideal candidate will live within travelling distance to either office as there is a requirement to attend monthly meetings in person.

What will you be asked to do as the CSC Planner at the company?
- You will work as part of a customer service centre Planning team to ensure that the required support, planning and arrangement of works through engineers, customers and colleagues is provided to the In House Repairs Service to undertake works to their customers’ homes.
- You will plan works, arrange appointments for engineers, customers and colleagues and coordinate works of various trades
- You will make appointments and answer queries from other colleagues and customers, investigate information and data, record activities on their housing management system
- You will contact customers through all channels, issue resolution at first point of contact and all other duties to ensure the In House Repairs Service can be delivered to the operational and customer targets set.
- You will work closely with the Planning Team within the In House Repairs Team to resolve issues rapidly.
What skills, abilities, knowledge and experience will you need?
- Experience of working in an office administration environment either ideally with an in house service or a contractor.
- Experience of communicating effectively to customers and colleagues via telephony and digital contact channels
- Experience working in a fast paced environment where planning, organising, prioritising and multi-tasking are required
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Ability to source, collate and interpret management data efficiently and accurately.
- Competent in key MS Office applications of Word, Excel and use of MS Teams and O365 suite of products
- Have a positive can-do attitude with a solution focussed mindset.
- Excellent attentiveness with a good eye for detail.
- High communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with a close team.
